Ownership

Shyora retains ownership of the software platform, while users retain ownership of their original and transformed content, subject to third-party platform policies.

Liability

Shyora provides tools and automation workflows as-is and is not liable for platform policy violations, account penalties, or third-party service outages.

Termination

Shyora may suspend or terminate access for abuse, policy violations, security risk, or failure to comply with these terms.
